XSCALE,ARM,MIPS, SH3, SH4 and

what type of program refers to your PDA:

I am not a Hardware expert but I try to give a small hint

here what programs are best for your PDA.

XSCALE:

All new PDA's like DELL Axim 5 + 3, iPaq's h1915

 and higher,Asus MyPal 620, Toshiba e 350 + e750,

Acer n10,Viewsonic V35, etc.  having processors

 like PXA250, 255, 263 etc. are XSCALE's and normaly

all new programs running on those divises.

Also many programs designed for ARM processors

running on XSCALE devices.

ARM eg. StrongARM:

Strong ARM programs are programed for PDA's

like Compaq Ipaq's 3800, 3850, 3900 Series etc.

which are already 3 to 4 years old.

So all ARM programs running on them.

(Haven't checked yet, but I think XSCALE

programs not running on them).

Those devices had PPC2000 installed or are updated

with PPC2002.

MIPS:

Programs for MIPS processors like older

Compaq Series 2130, 2140 etc.

and the Casiopeia Models.

Those had CE 2.0 or higher installed. Some could be

updated to CE3.0.

SH3 + SH4:

Those programs run on older HP PDA's or

Handheld PDA's.
